One week to go before I am bouncing my way around Tasmania with sharim, suds_from_aus and seldear!!

One week until I'm freezing my butt off in the coldest part of Australia!

One week until I'm being terrified at the airport by Shaz and Suds!

And today....I'm going to Caloundra. seldear thinks I'm quite the little traveller. I would have to agree. *g*

They stole all the good titles.....

....so I'll just....talk.

Heh. One word that sums up today? Amusing. *bg* My stomach is sore from laughing so much.

We drove up listening to the likes of Train, The Calling, and Alex Lloyd. Actually...there wasn't a heck of a lot of listening done.....well, aardie's voice definitely got a workout *g* Picked up Hej from her place and headed out to the beach and the local fish and chip shop.

Yum. The chips were great!

Sat around chatting and laughing and ended up taking photos to show sharim, suds_from_aus and seldear - but guess who forgot her camera? *feels sheepish* It's all good tho - meg_pat2000 is going to get copies for me by next Thursday. (Thanks, hon!) Some odd photos are going to come out of that, I can tell you *g*

Headed back up to King's Beach - the best beach in Caloundra (IMHO *g*).

In...someone's...oh-so-succinct words,

'We sat on the beach and got stoned.'

Heh. Make of that what you will. *bg*

aardie and Fallen had to be home by 5:30, so we took Hej home and drove home to the sounds of Ewan MacGregor and Nicole Kidman on the Moulin Rough soundtrack.

All in all, a good day.
