Not impressed. Not impressed at all.

I am not one of them.
Within 24 hours of me getting the thing back (and only having in on for less than half an hour) the CD-RW drive crashes. ie. reads the CD as if it's blank. And I thought the XP Home CD actually had something on it. Hang on....*eg*
Monday comes, Heather is annoyed already, and tries to grab some stuff off a floppy disc.
Yeah, right.
'A:/ is not accessible. Invalid Function.'
WTH? What is an 'invalid function'?
FCOL, people.
Feather calls people, gets annoyed, dude says bring it down. The office is roughly an hours drive from me. YESS! I told him I'm not going to pay for it, and he patronised me and said if it was their fault, then I wouldn't have to. I'm still not paying. If they have to install another Motherboard (the third this computer will have had) I will be mighty angry.
This is the third time something major has died. No wonder the original company went broke.
So, as soon as I'm done here, I'm heading off to the other side of town. Like I don't have anything else to do with a sick Mom, Dad away and Gavin.
*sigh*
