As I walk walking along one of the corridors of the great court, a guy on a chair with wheels shot out of one of the doors, straight across my path about a metre in front of me, and stopped on the opposite wall with his legs curled to push off again. I stopped, and looked at him. He smiled and motioned for me to go, and I did. As soon as I (and another guy, coming from the opposite direction) cleared his path, he shot backwards back in through the door he appeared out of. Might I just mention that this particular area of walkway is right in front of one of the libraries and thus is about the most travelled place in the entire Uni?

Welcome to my Uni.

Am trying to shed the kilos I gained over summer, and thusly am not going to eat anything unhealthy, and eat less in general (because I eat enough in a week to feed a small country in a year). Made this resolution yesterday evening. First thing I smell when I walk into the Refec? Fried food. BAH.

I'm hungry...I want hot soup. Hot Tomato Soup. Duuuuuuude. And the girl next to me is munching on chocolate. *twitches*

Umm...Mobieus. I'm not going to comment, I don't think, because )

Yeah, so shoot me. ;)

It amazes me just how musical a society we are. Or rather how much of a rhythm/beat/song driven society. I'm sitting here humming Natalie Beddingfield to myself quietly, the girl next to me was tapping out a beat on the desk a few seconds ago, and the guy next to her is listening to his IPod at a decibel level that *has* to be damaging. And that's just in the last minute. I suppose it's the youth culture thing....ah, lost train of thought.

I really would like to learn ancient Hebrew. Or ancient Greek. Or ancient Aramaic...or ancient Egyptian...or all of them. They offer all of them here at Uni. Hmmmm....

Brother is on work experience this week in the city. Took him in this morning, showed him where to go, etc, as he spends roughly 0.8658 minutes in the city a year, and I practically live there. This required me getting up at 6am when I could have gotten up at 9...

But all is well: I bought stuff. From there, headed into Uni, have to pick him up at 5, catch the 5:35 bus, head home, show mother new stuff, eat food (SOUP!), go to bed. Sleep. Am still catching up from last week.

Wow, long post. Very random. Should post more. Am boring.
