cause I believe it
Mar. 13th, 2006 08:44 pmEvery year, couples try to conceive and can not.
Every year, women rejoice over a pregnancy only to have their dreams shattered by miscarriage or stillbirth.
Every year, women refuse to take responsibility for their own actions and kill their children while others cry lonely tears over the loss of the life they will never know.
No offense, guys.
There was a guy at the LTT who spoke; he and his wife had been trying for 10 years to have a baby, but nothing happened. There were several prophecies saying they would have a child, and one specific one that said they would have a boy and his name would be David. So they prayed and trusted and prayed and prayed, and eventually, they went and saw another one of the team guys (one of the guys that are on the apostolic team - a team of mostly couples who often have their own churches but spend lots of time going to other churches and speaking) suggested they try adopting. They prayed, and felt it was a good idea, so they put the paperwork in and were told it would be between 3 and 10 years. Three weeks later, on a Wednesday, they got a call from the adoption people; they had to collect their little boy, David, on the Friday. He is the cutest little boy; blonde curly hair, big blue eyes, smiling and giggling all the time.
We have an amazing God.
