Antidiuretic Hormone. Increases the permiability of the collecting tubule..and maybe the ascending loop of henle (parts of the nephrons in the kidneys) which means water is reabsorbed rather than excreted. Thusly you lose less water and that means you have more in your blood which means you Blood pressure goes up, which means you won't feel so faint.
Go me! I know stuff! (though, I'm not sure if I could actually *give* you ADH, it's a hormone your own body synthesises... but I know you can get re-hydration tablets, so I suppose it's the same sort of thing... *blathers on*)
