I ripped my nail. Quite high up the nail, too. It doesn't hurt, but it keeps getting caught on things, which is mildly irritating.

I am riding to Uni on the bus (to hand in assignment), and there are about 10 of us on this shiny, new bus. It still even had newbus smell. So nice. Anyway, all of a sudden I feel water on my shoulder, and I realise the bus is leaking on me. So I shift across slightly, and within a few seconds, feel water on the other shoulder. So I look up, and yes, the bus is, again, leaking on me. So I move to a different seat the next time it stops, and lo and behold, the bus leaks on me in my new seat. While all this is going on, the people around me are realising that the bus is LEAKING ON THEM TOO. And then we stop rather suddenly, and water literally POURS out a large-ish vent in the roof. POURS. It does this about 10 or 11 times in the 15 minute journey to Uni. At this point everyone's eyebrows are raised and we play musical chairs to avoid getting wetter *inside* the bus than *out*. Mind you, it is absolutely POURING outside; we couldn't see the 100m across the river (which is just to our left). Was rather disconcerting being rained on from INSIDE the bus.

Husband is out YET AGAIN tonight. Such a social butterfly. So I'm going to desert the house and watch the Incredibles at my parents house and eat yummy-mum-cooked food. YAY.

I have this sudden overwhelming desire to not go to work. REALLY DON'T WANT TO GO. Woe.

Le tired. WHY? WHY AM I SO TIRED ALL THE TIME? I AM SICK OF WANTING TO SLEEP! Grr. Grumpy.

Mmm, food. *wanders off*

Before you mentioned that it was pouring outside, I was like, "OMG THE BUS IS LEAKING ON YOU??!?!" *g*

*LAUGH* Sorry to freak you out. *g* Actually, sometimes the newer buses do that; the air-con's condensation sometimes drips a little on people. Only occasionally, but still. Amusing. :)
